Ingredients

1 breadfruit
Fat for deep frying

Preparation

  • Peel the breadfruit, cut into even pieces about ½ inch thick.
  • Parboil in salted water and then drain.
  • Fry in hot fat until golden brown and crisp.
  • Drain and serve hot.
