Molarind

Ingredients

3 cups tamarind pulp
1½ cups molasses
6 cups water
Lemon leaves to garnish

Preparation

  • Remove the tamarind seeds from the pulp. Add molasses and mash the pulp.
  • Add water, mix well and strain. Set to chill.
  • Serve cold, garnished with lemon leaves.
